Our upcoming wMobile User Group on Wednesday, August 22nd at 2 PM Eastern will focus on Using the wMobile Diagnostic.
Customers will frequently be asked to submit the wDiagnostic when requesting technical support, so this is a very useful tool in wMobile.
We will review the following:
- How to run the diagnostic and review what information is included
- How to use the SEND option to submit the diagnostic to the wMobile support team
- How to manually submit the diagnostic and logs to the wMobile technical support team if security settings on your server don’t allow direct submission
In addition to our feature topic, we will also review changes to wMobile to accommodate GoldMine 2018.2 security updates, along with our usual News Roundup, Product Roadmap Review, and a wMobile Open Q&A Session.
